Refund & Returns Policy

General Policy

As flowers are perishable, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Orders

  • If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a credit note.

Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders cancelled later may not be refundable.

Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if certain blooms are unavailable.
