As flowers are perishable, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.
If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a credit note.
Orders cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund.
Orders cancelled later may not be refundable.
We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if certain blooms are unavailable.
